Canadian filmmaker Sheona McDonald has decided to unravel the connection between shame and sexuality in her new feature length documentary, Inside Her Sex. The film which will premiere on Canadian television December 14th, explores female sexuality and shame through the eyes and experiences of three women from different walks of life, each brave enough to chart her own course of sexual discovery.

Female sexuality and shame is an endlessly fascinating subject. That's why it took filmmaker Sheona McDonald two years to follow three women for a raw and comprehensive look at the issue.
